I'm Drax, the Wandering Henna Artist. I live in Atlantic County, NJ and do a select number of events during the season. I've been doing henna professionally since 1998 and hold an International Certification in Natural Henna Arts. Most of the designs in my henna book are my own exclusive creations, and I love creating completely new designs on my clients- just ask for "Artist's Choice"!
I have a degree in Art & Design, and have been a professional artist since 1986. Watercolor is my favorite medium, but I also work in Oil, Acrylic, Pen & Ink, Brush & Ink, Pastel, Engraving, Papermaking, Block printing,
Other interests: Fine art, knitting, organic gardening, volunteering at South Jersey Horse Rescue
Patricia is our booth manager and finish artist. She is very insightful, which makes her great at helping our clients choose just the right henna design, and she has a way of making the artwork come alive by decorating the henna paste with shimmering color.
Her skills at finishing each design, whether it's wrapped. illuminated with glitter, or just sealed, go a long way toward helping the henna get a dark stain that lasts.
